We are in search of an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our growing Commercial team. If you have a passion for IT, sales, and revolutionary products and you’re looking for a place where you can lead, grow, and make a difference, this might be the role for you. While prior sales experience is a must, IT sales experience is a plus. You will focus primarily on the Srilankan market.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Opportunity Identification: Explore potential business avenues and tap into new client potentials for our IT solutions.
- Lead Generation: Engage in proactive lead generation through networking, referrals, and research.
- Product Presentation: Learn about and present our IT solutions to prospective clients, showcasing their benefits.
- Sales Negotiation: Engage in discussions with potential clients, understanding their needs and matching them with our solutions which ultimately drive sales and revenue growth
- Partner Engagement: Engage with our partners to deliver and close deals, as well as assess their performance.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in IT trends, especially in document digitization and hardware.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- A proven track record of achieving targets and KPI’s.
- A basic understanding of or keen interest in IT solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong desire to lead, grow, and excel in the sales domain.
- Ability to connect with clients/partners and foster positive business relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic IT environment.
