Project Manager 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience to join our innovative Product-based SAAS company. As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring the successful delivery of our SAAS solutions to clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality products. 

What you will do in this role 

• Develop detailed plans for tasks, timelines, and resources; collaborate with teams for efficient execution, applying streamlined methodologies. 

• Advance a collaborative and innovative team environment; facilitate communication and coordination among diverse teams. 

• Understand client needs; provide regular updates, promptly addressing concerns for client satisfaction. 

• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges; proactively address issues to maintain project timelines. 

• Enforce processes for high-quality SAAS products; conduct thorough testing, ensuring compliance with standards. 

What we are looking for 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 

• 2-3 years proven experience as a Project Manager in a Product-based SAAS environment. 

• Strong understanding of SAAS product development life cycle. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies. 

• PMP or other relevant certifications is an added advantage. 

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

• Familiarity with product management principles. 

• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and architecture.
